Canadian Dressage Olympian Belinda Trussell Expecting New Addition!

2004 Canadian Olympic dressage team member, Belinda Trussell, and her husband, Mark Trussell, have announced that they are expecting their first child in May.

Belinda announced the good news at the Royal Winter Fair and made sure that her delighted Athens team mates were the first to know.  She plans to continue riding for the next few months and is thrilled that her sponsor, Arista, will be designing maternity breeches to keep her in the saddle in comfort and style.

“This is such exciting news for Mark and me,” Belinda noted. “And it has been made even better by the good wishes of our family and friends throughout the dressage community.  I am particularly lucky that Arista will be designing maternity breeches for me - I seem to be getting rounder every day!”
