Famous Hannoverian Breeding Stallion Donnerwetter Dies
Impressive Hannoverian stallion Donnerwetter passed away peacefully at his farm in Virginia USA on February 17, 2003.
Donnerwetter worked his way up to the Grand Prix levels under Decia de Pauw and later Hebert Rehbein in Europe. He was then sold to Winsome Farm in Virginia USA where he stood at stud.
His most famous son is Donnerhall, ridden by Germany's Karin Rehbein. Donnerhall passed away earlier this year on January 14, 2003 due to a poisoning in the intestines.
