Dressage Canada's FEI JR/YR Programme works to identify, support and encourage junior and young dressage riders in Canada who either are currently competing, or are working towards competing, at the FEI JR/YR level in national and international competition.
Albrecht Heidemann has been on the Gold medal winning German Young Rider Team for several years at the time when Conrad Schumacher was the Trainer. Heidemann has also worked under Josef Neckermann (Canadian Olympic dressage medalist Eva Maria Pracht's father) and under Schumacher to gain his Bereiter level as a trainer. Following time spent coaching in the USA, where Mr. Heidemann became absolutely fluent in English, he returned to Germany and has assisted Mr. Schumacher with coaching in Germany, Mexico and Ireland, as well as making regular visits to the USA.
