FEI Gandini World Jumping Riders Rankings
December 2002.
Ludger Beerbaum (GER), is the undisputed leader of the rankings since
their introduction in January 2001. The winner of the Top Ten Final last
December in Geneva, has a total of 3479 points. His runner-up Rodrigo
Pessoa (BRA) is now more than 1000 points behind.
With Sören Von Röhne now at the 10th place of the rankings, thanks to
his good results in Frankfurt and Mechelen, there are now no less than
six German riders in the Top Ten. Toni Hassmann (GER) goes up 2 places
and is now 8th, thanks to his victory in the Grand Prix of La Coruna and
the points he earned in Geneva.
Michel Robert (FRA) who earned 150 points in CSI-A La Coruna and 80 in
Olympia goes up from 18th to 14th place. The winner of Olympia World
Cup, Robert Smith (GBR), jumps up from 66th to 33rd place.
