Canadian Eventing Names 2003 Short and Long Lists

Canadian Eventing High Performance Committee is pleased to announce its National Team Short List and Long List for 2003. The riders/horses were selected based on their 2002 results of international three-day competition. The members of the 2002 World Equestrian Games Team are included on the list.

Eventing encompass three separate tests: dressage, cross-country, and jumping held consecutively. Each is scored individually but added together for the final results. The rider with the fewest number of penalty points over the three tests wins the competition.
