Treat yourself to a day of connecting with horses and you might just connect with yourself.
With a group of like minded women, youll learn how to communicate with these magnificent animals in a language without words. The mares can show you how to be more confident, patient, authentic and empowered as you practice the art of intention, trusting your intuition and being in the moment.
You will experience the amazing feeling of developing a mutually beneficial relationship with a horse a relationship built on mutual trust, respect and confidence.
The mares can help you discover (or re-discover) who you are, and also open you up to the possibilities of who you can become ~ confident, resilient, authentic.
This workshop is for women who want to make an authentic connection with a horse, other women and themselves.
No experience with horses is necessary. Horses are provided. All work with horses will be done from the ground.

A bit about Justin:
Justin has worked with horses all his life, but was given his first exceptional opportunity in 2004 when he was offered the position of groom/working student/rider/manager for Belinda Trussel (Canadian Olympian, two time World Games team member and level 3 dressage coach) at Oakcrest Farms. Justin used this tremendous opportunity to train with Belinda, as well as John MacPherson (Grand Prix competitor, M level dressage judge and level 3 dressage coach) and was able to travel across Canada, the US and Europe with his mentors.
Since that time, Justin has competed in dressage shows from training level to Prix St George and has schooled up to Grand Prix level.
In 2010, Justin was a member of a six-horse quadrille that was invited to perform at the World Equestrian Games fundraiser gala and Polo for Heart.
Currently, Justin is training out of Foxfire Equestrian in Uxbridge and coaches riders of all ages, levels and disciplines (dressage, hunter/jumper, eventing) across the GTA. At the same time, he is working with his 10-year old Dutch gelding Well Done (owned by John MacPherson) his hopeful partner for the 2015 Pan American Games. Justin is also a 2014 r level dressage judge applicant.
Justin was recently featured in The Eloquent Equine magazine. You can read more about him here: http://issuu.com/theeloquentequine/docs/spec_no_2/1.

Hopewell Creek Stables is hosting a lesson day with Peter Gray on August 25.
The cost for a lesson would be $80 +$10 call-out fee=$90 per lesson and you can either do:
1. Group jumping (in groups of 4, 90 minute duration)
or
3. Dressage lesson (private 45 min duration).
If you are interested we are going to have August 10 as a deadline by which to pay to hold your spot for the lesson day. Just let us know what level of jumping/experience you and your horse have and we will put you in a suitable group, or if you'd like a dressage lesson, we can space these out apart from the jumping if you would like to do both that and jumping.
We are thinking to start about 10am and go through the day from there.
If you have questions or would like a space, just let us know.
