Balimo means Balance in Motion. Balimo is about unlocking muscles and neuro pathways that over time have become over or under used. The key to better riding is to improve balance and flexibility. Using both mounted and unmounted Balimo exercises, we rediscover our body's balance and motion, which leads to better riding!

Balimo means Balance in Motion. In order to ride in harmony, we must 'melt into' our horses movement. The riders ability to move with coordination is key to effective riding. We will use mounted and unmounted exercises in this riding clinic, to give riders creative ways to improve their riding. For details: www.theridersedge.ca
