Balimo (Balance in Motion) Balimo, developed by Eckart Meyners - mobility expert from Germany, addresses rider 'issues', such as blockages & muscle tension etc. which might be hindering riders; through use of mounted/unmounted exercises & the Balimo chair. By helping the rider gain better flexibility and range of movement, we help the horse! After all, the horse mirrors it's rider... Clinic program will include: Discussion of Balimo principles; unmounted warm up; Balimo exercises; followed by mounted riding sessions.
